4. Inspections/Certifications & Tenanting
a. Prepare and verify that the entire house is ready and complies with section 8
requirements
b. Prepare and verify that the entire house is ready and complies with city's safety
requirements
c. Prepare and verify that the entire house is ready and complies with the city's lead basis
paint requirements
d. On the day of inspections meet inspectors at the house
e. Register property with city, once inspections pass to receive Certificate of
Compliance
f. Locate qualifying Section 8 family
